Franziska did her undergrad in Audiovisual Media at Stuttgart Media University, followed by a MSc in Cognitive Science at the University of Osnabrück. Franziska joined our lab in February 2020 to work towads a computational theory of fun, where fun is defined as an agent's learning progress in a particular environment. Franziska is using a combination of cognitive modeling, behavioral, and virtual reality experiments to figure out how fun acts as an intrinsic reward in human reinforcement learning.
