Alex received his BSc in Psychology from Heidelberg University and an MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience from LMU Munich, alongside graduate studies in Statistics and Machine Learning. He joined our lab in November 2020. His research develops fast amortized Bayesian inference methods and efficient evaluation of foundation models.
